Eric received national acclaim for WINNING THE ROBERT BLAKE WRONGFUL DEATH CASE, 30 MILLION DOLLARS.

Eric was named by the Los Angeles and San Fransisco Daily Journal as one of the 2006 "TOP 20/40" attorneys in the State of California, the only wrongful death or personal injury lawyer on the list. Eric also made the California 2005 “Top Ten” verdict list, and has been featured on the cover of the Daily Journal 5 times. Eric wrote a chapter for Larry King’s upcoming September 2006 book “Reasonable Doubt”, along with Bob Costas, Alan Dershiwitz and Nancy Grace.

Eric has also been featured on over 300 television appearances, including: Court TV, NBC Dateline, Fox News Live, CNN, Larry King Live, The Today Show, Good Morning America, CBS Early Show, At Large with Geraldo Rivera, O’Reilly Factor, MSNBC, A&E American Justice, CBS 48 Hours, Nancy Grace, Paula Zahn Now, and On The Record with Greta Van Susteren. He has also given over 100 live press conferences before worldwide media.

In December 2005 Eric received a prestigious full page profile by the LA Times, and was also profiled in the OC Register, OC Business Journal and named 2005 “Great Guy” by Orange Coast Magazine. He has been featured in hundreds of publications all over the world, including: People Magazine Newsweek, NY Post, LA Times, Washington Post, and USA Today.

Eric has served as a law professor at Whittier Law School, teaching both Ethics and remedies. He also serves as a legal expert for Fox News Live, ABC 7 and Court TV. He was the host of Host CBS Radio Law Talk Show “Legally Speaking with Eric Dubin”, Los Angeles, California 2002-2003. He was a Law Clerk at Fourth District California Court of Appeal, San Diego and wrote several published opinions that are still good California Law.

Eric has now become one of the “go to” plaintiff lawyers, currently representing the family of the multi platinum rock band “LIT” for the wrongful death of their father in a defective motorcycle helmet case. He has won jury trials all over California including Los Angeles, Orange County, Bakersfield and Riverside, and is known for winning the hard cases. He has never lost a Plaintiff’s case, and only has one loss as a defense lawyer. Eric also handled the America’s Challenge/Whitbread Yacht Race Fraud litigation, the multi million dollar LA Produce Market Nuisance litigation, Aragones H.S. Tennis Star and Connelly H.S. Football Star Wrongful Death Cases, Petco Animal Cruelty litigation, DEET Insect Repellant litigation, and the George Smith IV Cruise Ship Disappearance.
